Corporate Associate Attorney - Mergers and Acquisitions

Direct Counsel is seeking a Corporate Associate Attorney with M&A experience to join a top law firm’s Boston office, supporting clients on complex transactions and advancing towards partnership.

Requirements

• JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school
• Admission (or eligibility for admission) in Massachusetts or New York
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in M&A and private equity transactional work
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High level of professionalism in client interactions and teamwork
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
• Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work well in a team setting
