What this is

Remote Collection is a non-commercial project that aggregates remote tech jobs from a set of public job boards, company career pages, and RSS feeds. Every listing links back to its original source — we don't host or re-post the full application flow.

How we classify

A rule-based classifier looks at each posting's title, description, and technologies and assigns a primary category (React / Next.js frontend, AI-augmented frontend, DevRel, developer advocate, developer educator, or other frontend). Listings that don't cleanly fit any target category are tagged uncategorized and excluded from the default browsing view.

How we deduplicate

Many companies post the same role to several boards. We hash the canonical URL and the content, normalize the company name, and match near-duplicates so each role appears once with the source attribution preserved.
